2. How to Request Data Deletion
- Send email to support@estimeno.com with subject "Delete My Account"
- We begin processing within up to two (2) working days
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account details
- Login credentials
- Files, estimates, invoices
- Notes and settings
4. Data Retained Temporarily
- Transaction records
- Logs and diagnostics
- Backups required by law
Retention period: up to 6 months.
5. Backups
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days
6. Automatic Deletion
- Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deleted
- Email notice is sent before deletion
6A. Security
- Passwords encrypted
- HTTPS transmission
- Data cannot be recovered after deletion
7. Confirmation
Users receive email confirmation after deletion is complete.
