1. Overview

estimeno is a professional construction estimating application developed and maintained by estiMedes Ltd.

The platform allows users to create, view, and manage cost estimates, valuations, invoices, and related project documentation.

Users can access estimeno via:

  • Web application: www.app.estimeno.com
  • Mobile apps: available on Google Play and Apple App Store

2. Available Plans

Free Account

  • No subscription required.
  • Provides login access to the estimeno platform.
  • Allows users to view estimates created by estiMedes Ltd.
  • The Free Account provides read-only access and does not allow creating or editing data.
  • Access to Map (Partner listings, supplier locations)

Premium Subscription

  • Cost: £49.99 + VAT per month.
  • No fixed contract – cancellable anytime.
  • Includes full access to:
  • Creating and editing estimates and valuations.
  • Adjusting Labour, Materials, Equipment.
  • Generating invoices and schedules.
  • Using the Board feature for documents.
  • Chat / Messenger communication.
  • Automatic monthly renewal.
  • Option to purchase add-on documents.

3. Add-On Documents

  • Method Statement — £50 + VAT
  • Risk Assessment — £50 + VAT
  • Health & Safety Policy — £50 + VAT

Each document is generated per project and downloadable as PDF.

4. Payment Methods

  • Stripe (web)
  • Apple Pay (iOS)
  • Google Pay (Android)

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

5. Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew monthly.
  • Users may cancel anytime.
  • Access continues until billing period ends.

6. Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • No refunds for unused accounts.
  • Exceptional refunds require contacting support@estimeno.com.

7. Account Termination

  • Cancelled accounts revert to Free Account.
  • Projects remain read-only.
  • Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deleted.

8. CMC Loyalty Programme

  • 1 point per £1 spent
  • Points exchangeable for discounts
  • No cash value
  • May expire after 12 months

9. Partner Services

  • Partner pricing may vary
  • estiMedes Ltd does not guarantee Partner offers
