You / User: Any individual or business using the estimeno application.
Application / Platform: The estimeno software, accessible via www.app.estimeno.com and mobile apps (Google Play / App Store).
Partners: Third-party subcontractors, suppliers, or service providers advertising or sharing pricing data within estimeno.
Chat / Messenger: The communication feature allowing users to send text messages, files, photos, and links to other users.
Board: The shared workspace where users can upload and view documents such as PDFs or images.
Map: The interactive feature showing construction suppliers, partners, and user location pins (requires location access).
Account: A registered user profile that allows access to estimeno features and settings.
Logs: Activity and usage records archived automatically for security and system analysis.
estimeno is intended for users aged 18 years and above.
By using estimeno, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Accounts may be created by individuals or businesses.
The estimeno platform provides tools and services for construction professionals, including:
estiMedes Ltd may modify, update, or remove any feature at any time.
You must use the Application lawfully and respectfully.
Do not upload or share any illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
estiMedes Ltd reserves the right to remove any material or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Files uploaded to the App (e.g. PDFs, images) remain the responsibility of the user.
Users must ensure that files uploaded are accurate, lawful, and virus-free.
Users may exchange messages, files, and links with other users via the Chat feature.
estiMedes Ltd is not responsible for the content shared between users.
All Chat data is subject to our Privacy Policy and may be retained in accordance with legal obligations.
The Map displays Partner locations and may show your approximate location once access is granted.
Users can revoke location access in their device settings at any time.
estiMedes Ltd is not responsible for third-party business listings or inaccuracies in Partner map pins.
All user activity within estimeno may be logged for security, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
Files are stored using secure servers managed by estiMedes Ltd.
Primary databases are hosted within the infrastructure of CyberFolks (Katowice, Poland) and are administered directly by estiMedes Ltd.
Data is protected in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Information regarding available products, subscriptions, and purchase methods is provided separately in the Products Document, available via www.estimeno.com/docs/products-document or inside the app.
Users participating in the CMC loyalty programme are subject to the rules set out in the Products Document.
CMC points are promotional in nature, have no monetary value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time by estiMedes Ltd.

estiMedes Ltd shall not be liable for errors in calculations, measurements, or outcomes derived from the use of estimeno.
We are not responsible for data loss, third-party services, or damages arising from Partner interactions.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
